Lifts are available in the South and West car parks to connect to the venue, and throughout the venue concourse. Note that the North Car Park does not have lift facilities.

Stand-alone, unisex accessible toilets are located concourse-wide and on the arena floor (RADAR key operated). A Changing Places facility with height-adjustable adult changing bench and ceiling hoist is located opposite Block 5.

A radio frequency hearing system covers 100% of the arena bowl. Receiver packs with lanyards/headphones or personal neck loops can be requested from stewards.

Assistance dogs are welcome. Water bowls are provided, and dogs can be housed in a designated area during events.
