Terms & Conditions

Acceptance

By creating an account and using Abreeze, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

What Abreeze does

Abreeze helps you find accessibility information about venues and events, and composes and sends accessibility requests to venues on your behalf, based on the access needs you add to your profile.

Abreeze is a tool that helps you communicate with venues – it isn't the venue, and it doesn't control what a venue can or does provide. We can't guarantee that a venue will reply, or that it will be able to accommodate everything requested. Access information about a place may also be out of date or submitted by other users – check anything important directly with the venue before you rely on it.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login details (password or passkey) secure.
  • The information in your profile, including your access needs, should be accurate – it's what gets sent to venues on your behalf.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Automated outreach

When you send a request manually, you get to review exactly what's being sent before it goes. If you turn on automatic sending for a profile, requests that Abreeze drafts from emails you forward will be sent to the venue without you reviewing them first – that's the point of the setting, but it also means you're responsible for keeping your profile's access needs accurate and up to date if you use it.

Forwarding emails to Abreeze

When you forward a ticket confirmation to your Abreeze inbound address, you're giving us permission to read its contents, store it, and use it to identify the event or venue and draft (or send) a request on your behalf. Only forward emails you're happy for us to process this way.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Abreeze to:

  • Send requests to venues that aren't genuine, or that misrepresent your access needs
  • Submit false or misleading accessibility information about a place
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service

We may suspend or remove an account that misuses the service in these ways.

Availability

Abreeze is provided free of charge. We don't guarantee the service will always be available or fault-free, and features may change or be discontinued as the service develops.

Liability

Abreeze is provided "as is". We do our best to make sure requests are composed accurately and delivered reliably, but we can't be held responsible for a venue's response (or lack of one), for the accuracy of access information submitted by other users, or for losses arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded or limited.

Intellectual property

The Abreeze name, design, and codebase belong to their respective owner(s). You retain ownership of the information you add to your profile and any content you submit.

Termination

You can stop using Abreeze and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or misuses the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
